In Colossians it says
When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your sinful nature, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, – Col 2:13

Thank You Lord Jesus that although at one time I was totally separated from God because of my sins, and even though I still sin, You died in my place, You paid for my sins, You have taken me from death to life… through your sacrifice on the cross. You utterly and entirely paid for all of my sins with no exception. You actually paid for the sins of the whole world, so even the sins in my family history are paid for. THANK YOU LORD JESUS! And because You did this, I am a child of God, I am adopted by Him. I am so looking forward to God fulfilling all His promises that He said He will give to those who are righteous (no sin) in His eyes.
okay idid read as long as we are a live we are apart from godi lost my wife to cancer 38 years togather it hurt bad but i know it was god will to take her i did ask him to heal her i guess thought it was best that way it still hurt a lot god bless

I’m so sorry you lost your wife. I know that hurt. Sorry dude.
May I just point out that all good things come from God. The bad things – like death – come from the enemy. God didn’t “take” your wife. The enemy is constantly hurting people. He took your wife. Don’t be angry with God, just know you have an enemy, and stay close to Jesus Christ.

If you believe in Jesus Christ, then righteousness is what you HAVE. But here is the key thing… you have to believe that, in order to receive it. We receive not because of law, but because we believe His words, and His Word.
