It’s ok to ask hard questions. Our Father is not insecure. He’s not touchy. He’s never once struck me with lightening, He simply answers my questions. If I go overboard and rant angrily, He will gently guide me back.
How do I know He is a loving God who is not insecure? He says in the bible “taste and see, the Lord is good”. He wants you to try having a relationship with Him. Taste and see for yourself!
He also says “come let us reason together”. He wants to talk to you. Ask Him something. He’s not an autocrat. He’s challenging you to come to Him and ask the hard questions.
Why? Why would the God of the whole universe care about you as an individual? Because: He wants mature sons and daughters who will inherit from Him, not robots.
