What impact can the faith of 200,000 men have?

Late last year I blogged that God had said my life would change in 4 months as the lakes filled and the rivers ran. That happened and is still happening. Even more water is pouring into Australia and filling even more dams than was the case earlier this year.  This miracle is still ongoing.

So when the 4 months came close, earlier this year, I felt led to go over to (absolutely wonderful) Perth to attend the Mighty Mens Conference 2009 in Perth and it was nothing less than awe-sum! Here is a promotional video for MMC in Australia.

“Boys there are enough men in this tent to change this nation!” Doesn’t that just get you going? Yes these men can do it, yes the land can be healed by Jesus Christ. And now I am heading to wonderful South Africa. I have been sharing with my friend about my memories as I grew up there, about the many and varied wonderful things that people can do there. I just get more and more excited.

So… yes, let’s think about it… what WOULD happen if 200,000 men had faith in Jesus Christ as the Christ who defeated sin and death on His cross?! It would be a huge outpouring of faith… in one place, at one time. Let’s see what the bible says about our faith in Jesus Christ…

For every child of God defeats this evil world, and we achieve this victory through our faith. – 1 John 5:4

I have been seeing visions of what will happen because of 200,000 men coming together with hands raised. Believe me, we are going to see and feel something that may overwhelm even the most seasoned Christian who has seen and done it all. I see something falling down in such power, and I see it remaining, not leaving afterwards when the worship stops.

Beyond South Africa…

What would it look like if 200,000 men gathered in Australia under the banner of Jesus Christ and interceded for their country to be blessed even more abundantly?

And what about in New York? What about right across the nation of the USA with Joel and Victoria Osteen? It is my deepest hope that the leaders focus on repentance and humility before God, rather than just emotional comfort, instead focus on repentance…

If My people, who are called by My name, shall humble themselves, pray, seek, crave, and require of necessity My face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land. – 2 Chron 7:14

They are hosting the first non-baseball event in the New York Yankees’ new stadium, just nine days after it opens, so God is opening doors for this.
