Predestination

God showed me a vision about a week ago.

He sort of zoomed me out of this world up to His viewpoint.

The world was down there, around the world was the enemy and out here was God. For people looking up they saw the enemy looming overhead, they are naturally worried by his seeming authority.

But when I viewed human history from higher up than the enemy I could see thst the enemy was doing Gods work.

This is because the bible says we are pre-destined to be conformed to Jesus Christ…

For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son – Rom 8:29

and therefore the work of the enemy… the fall and oppression… was necessary right from the start. The enemy did his worst but only achieved the purposes of God all along.

You see… we were never meant to be millions of Adam and Eves in the garden… we were meant to be conformed to Jesus Christ’s image… as sons of God.

The fall was necessary. The enemy is doing Gods work and he achieves God purposes.

For example when the enemy crucified Jesus Christ, what looked like his ultimate victory (for the enemy) was in fact victory for God.

I can look back on my life and see how the enemy did so much evil to me in my life… but look at me now… Ive discovered the pearl of great price Jedus Christ! Ive discovered my identity IN Jesus Christ.

Without all that oppression would I have become who I am now? Honestly? No I wouldnt have.
