God wants to heal *all* of us, not just part of us

May God himself, the God who makes everything holy and whole, make you holy and whole, put you together–spirit, soul, and body–and keep you fit for the coming of our Master, Jesus Christ. – 1 Thess. 5:23 The Message 

The bible says that we are made in 3 parts:

  • Soul (the mind and emotions)
  • Body
  • Spirit

He built us in three parts and says that He wants us whole and healthy in all three parts.
