Long time readers will know that Gos prophesied “revival everywhere” – meaning worldwide.
It is true that everywhere I have travelled to believes that revival will start with them.
Melbourne has these prophesies. And Canberra as well. New Zealand has them too. Wales believes something has already started there. Ditto in London. The USA has many locations, as does South America which I’m only vaguely aware of.
I hear it’s going to start in churches, with the youth, in informal prayer groups freed from religious structure and spontaneously led by the Holy Spirit.
So. Where will it start? My answer is: YES.
Yes to all of the above and even more than these. I believe what we are heading into is such a profound change that we don’t grasp the full extent of it.
Here in South Africa people expected revival in 2010. Some were disappointed when it dldnt happen. I suggest it did begin but what happened was not what we expected as so we have not recognised it yet.
I went to a meeting yesterday at Salem Biblical Garden where some expected revival to break out. I was at a church this morning and the expectation was palpable that revival will break out today, right there!
People don’t seem to grasp that the end result of this move of God is so vast that it will result in 1,000 years of world peace.
Its a massive change to almost every single heart. We will literally see God”s glory in Jerusalem, but also worldwide as well.
Here is a small excerpt of a prophecy Smith Wigglesworth gave about 50 years ago in Sydney…
“This move of God will be the greatest move of God ever known in mankind’s history and will start towards the end of the 20th century and move into the 21st century. This move of God will start a great revival in Australia, spread throughout the whole world and usher in the second coming of Jesus. This will be the final revival before the coming of the Lord.”
That is massive! Something this profound does not happen overnight.
That was Smith speaking over Australia. Now listen to what he said to Britain…
“When the Word and the Spirit come together, there will be the biggest movement of the Holy Spirit that the nation, and indeed the world, has ever seen. It will mark the beginning of a revival that will eclipse anything that has been witnessed within these shores, even the Wesleyan and the Welsh revivals of former years. The outpouring of God’s Spirit will flow over from the UK to the mainland of Europe, and from there will begin a missionary move to the ends of the earth.”
Recently I’ve shared about the Southern Tip of Africa Fire Prophecies. It is a message that God has been repeating for over 100 years and it speaks of a fire which spreads from CT up through Africa and to the whole world.
So… something worldwide will begin in Australia, Britain and South Africa… and there are also other countries like Nez Zealand who have these prophesies.
So what can we make of this?
It will start in Nigeria, DRC, Ethiipia, SA, Australia, Wales and many other places too.
The enemy won’t know who to oppress or who to block or where to go fight first – because it is happening everywhere.
That’s why Gods prophecy was “Revival Everywhere”. And the revival will result in the fulfillment of His second prophecy which is “Peace Everywhere”.
Something this big needs many thousands of people praying, repenting, declaring, breaking down strongholds and countless other things.
Everyone gradually gets on board, one by one at first, then groups and then eventually entire towns of people.
Everyone learns their role and takes part doing their role. Its all hands on deck. No sightseeing. No sitting in the stadium chairs watching a few people on the court.
This morning while watching the passionate crying out for revival I heard God say to tell everyone to be obedient to Him. Then someone said something amusing but true: “God’s love language is obedience”. Yes there is a large amount of “gift giving” to God (in sacrifices) which is recorded in the OT, but He says obedience is better than sacrifice.
