Peace Everywhere update – 5 left

God has been so spot on that it’s amazing to me. Since my last post: Less and less wars – peace everywhere prophecy the change has continued. All this change relates to a prophecy that God gave me which I wrote here: Violence shall no more be heard in your land, nor devastation or destruction, posted on 4 January 2009.

5 countries still need significant prayer and 4 countries have experienced fundamental changes. NOTE: The 5 that need prayer are numbered, the four that have changed have a red tick:

Ongoing conflicts around the world

That map is from Wikipedia: List of ongoing military conflicts

Here are the details about the 4 that have changed (the red ticks)

  • The Philippines have signed a truce with the Muslim rebels (MILF – Moro Islamic Liberation Front) on 15 Oct 2012
  • The Somalian conflict has not completely ended but the Al Shabaab rebels were pushed out of the last remaining city and on 14 Oct 2012 the country held elections for the first time since 1991. Here is an in-depth insight into what is happening in Somalia which was published today (17 Sept 2012): The Bad Old Days Return
  • Colombia is currently in peace talks with FARC after decades of conflict (Colombia, FARC rebels to start peace talks in Norway – CNN – October 17, 2012)
  • Sudan’s President Omar Al Bashir and South Sudan’s President Salva Kiir signed a peace agreement in Addis Ababa on September 27, 2012 – Huffington Post

And there are 5 remaining war zones in which over 1,000 people are killed per year. When these have gone we can focus on the smaller lingering ones. Im not sure why the UK is listed as a conflict state, but we can look at that after the big 5 are resolved.

The five remaining major conflict zones are:

  • Mexico
  • Mali
  • Syria
  • Afghanistan
  • Pakistan

Mexico

Mexico is being resolved. The long term trend looked bad and irreversible in 2011. Click the image to view larger…

BUT. The number of homicides is going down in 2012 (see full PDF)

The violence is located in the following locations – if you choose to pray. Click the image to view larger…

Mali

The Tuareg rebellion popped up this year. Im not sure what it’s all about or what the trend is.

Afghanistan and Pakistan

These wars are simmering down. At one stage it looked like Iraq and Afghanistan would never end. In fact I think some countries hoped they would never end. You can read more about these intercessions here:

Syria

This is a very complex conflict with the world’s biggest players involved. The issue surrounds nuclear weapons potentially becoming available to people who have a stated intention of wiping other countries off the world map. This is a complex situation to say the least.

Will you join me in prayer?

Would you like to intercede for peace in the world? All you need to do is get a map of the area you want to pray for and get this list of scriptures (or download the MS Word version) and speak each scripture out over the area you are praying for. It’s as easy as that.  Believe what scripture says about what Jesus Christ did on the cross. Your tongue is a sword.

  1. Prayer Request for World Peace / I pray for world peace to be fully realized very soon, and for this peace to last forever after, and I ask for all of this in the Holy Name of Jesus. Amen.

  2. Hi Mark,
I’m a resident of the US and wanted to know if God is also sending revival and peace here. I know I should trust God’s word, but I always hear about how bad it’s getting “out there” etc from the main stream media. I wonder if the adversary is putting out false information about how bad it’s supposedly getting in order to enslave humanity. Like if people are fooled into believing that “the sky is falling” in order to initiate a new world order, martial law and the mark of the beast.
